We are only able to provide an abstract certificate for City of Bryan births prior to 1970. Although this is a legal document, please STOP and check with the entity requesting the record to ensure their acceptance.
We are unable to provide any death certificates for any City of Bryan death prior to 1970.

Welcome to the City of Bryan's birth and death certificate online ordering system. Online requests will be processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Please note the following:
- Original Longform Birth records for Bryan are available from our office from 1970 to present.
- If your birth occurred outside of Bryan, but within the State of Texas, you will be issued an Abstract Record which is still a certified legal document. Please note we cannot guarantee abstract certificates will be accepted for a passport. When applying for a passport it advisable to obtain your original certificate directly from your city or county of birth or the Texas State Vital Statistic Office.
- Death Records are available only for decedents who pass within the city limits of Bryan.
